Rudnik Library is situated on the first floor of a building along Dolenjska cesta (Dolenjska Road) which also houses a shooting range. It is located in architecturally dynamic spaces covering an area of 300 m2. The library is divided into the adult section, offering books, films and musical CDs for loan, a reading room with newspapers and magazines and three computers with internet access. The section for children and young adults includes a reading room and a playing space for the youngest. The library has its own fairy tale room, which hosts creative workshops and story time.

For adults we organize travel and other lectures monthly and literary evenings occasionally. The library also has a lifelong learning point, offering tutorial support for learning foreign languages, computer programmes and other subject areas according to your choice.

You can reach the library by LPP (Ljubljana City Transport) bus number 3 and 27 or by car, for there is a large parking lot next to the library. Access to the library is possible for disabled persons as well as for parents with prams.
