The project consisted of four working visits (mobilities) for five days. We chose four partner organizations who have previous experiences and knowledge in working with selected target groups: improving services and trainings for job seekers (City of Vantaa Library and information services, Finland) digital literacy training (Monaghan County Council Library Services, Ireland), providing health information and education (Stoke-on-Trent City Council, United Kingdom), and language training (Volkshochschule-Stadtbibliothek Linz, Austria). Participants were included in a job shadowing in partner organizations and presented the work of LCL and functioning of the Slovenian system of adult education.
